We recommend starting a book project by first writing an outline with the different chapter names. You can also draft your Introduction with the top ways you want to help readers.  And then walk away, think about it, and then go back and revise it. Great writing is also about great editing, and so it’s important invest in an editor.

When you nominate your book, it’s an easy 3-step process, which includes 1. Uploading the book as a PDF, 2. Uploading the book cover as a jpeg, and 3. Answering this social impact question.

And because the Goody Business Book Awards are 100% social impact book awards, the HOW is the top thing the judges review. So take 5 minutes, go for a walk, and really think about the best way to explain your book’s mission in a short and concise paragraph.

You can Nominate Your Book in 1-50 categories in 8 genres, so write an answer that applies to the categories that you select. The eight genres include: Business, Entrepreneur, Health, Leadership, Marketing, Money/Wealth, Self-Help and Technology.

For example, if you’re nominating for the Leadership – Think Differently category, you should mention how your book helps people find new solutions or ideas.
